How to Order

 

Order Online: You may order online 24 hours a day, and rest assured that all orders are processed through the most secure encryption technology available. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online. Note that your credit card is charged at checkout. If we do not have a particular item in stock at the time of your order it will be shipped when that item is in stock at no additional charge for shipping.

 Order by Phone: For more personal attention, you can call us toll free at (866) 835-3038 between 8:00 and 5:00 Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards over the phone.

Order by Fax or Mail: Orders can be faxed or mailed (our contact information is below). Be sure to include all details associated with the products you order (e.g. size, style, color background, engraving, etc…). Payment must be received before we can ship your order (you can include your credit card information). Personal checks must clear your bank before we can ship your order. Sorry, no COD’s.

 Shipping Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the amount of purchase as you check out. All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our North Carolina facility by UPS Ground, or the US Postal Service. 2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping are also available, but please call for rates and to ensure product availability. If large quantities of a single product are ordered, the shipping charges may vary from the chart below, please call for quote.

We try to have an adequate supply of items in stock, and typically we can ship orders within 7 - 14 business days (allow 3-6 days from date shipped to receive your package). Your credit card will be charged once you checkout. We will also notify you if for some reason the ship date of your order will be delayed beyond 30 days of receipt of your order due to product availability. We typically wait for your entire order to be completed before shipping but we will ship a partial order if an item will be on backorder for an extended period of time.

Our Guarantee to You: All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. Please inspect items immediately upon receipt for shipping damage and report any damage to the carrier at once. Please call to report any such damage to us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange to have the item picked up or file a damage claim if damaged in-transit. We will promptly replace any item with defects or shipping damage.

Return Policy: Non-personalized items returned within 30 days will be replaced, exchanged or refunded at purchase price less shipping charges and a $10 restocking fee.  Return authorization is required prior to return of any item. Items must be unaltered, undamaged and resalable. The cost of any repairs to make item resalable will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept returns of personalized items. Please pack returned items carefully in the original packaging.
